Make brilliant pet care feel ordinary, not precious.
Booking a vet shouldn't feel harder than booking a flight. Finding a sitter shouldn't feel like dating. We replaced that fragmented, shouty world with one quiet, capable place.
We didn't set out to build the biggest platform. We set out to build the calmest, most careful one — for the four-legged loved ones, and the humans who'd do anything for them.
"Every pet deserves the highest standard of care — and every owner deserves complete peace of mind."
— The PetsInSync team
A small set of ideas that everything else falls out of — from how we hire, to how we answer the phone.
Booking a vet shouldn't feel harder than booking a flight. Finding a sitter shouldn't feel like dating. We replaced that fragmented, shouty world with one quiet, capable place.
Every pro on the platform has been met, vetted and trusted. There are no anonymous "providers" here.
If we wouldn't book it for our own dog, you won't see it on the platform.
We charge fairly, talk plainly, and try not to add features just because a competitor did. The hardest decisions are usually about what to leave out.
From sourcing biscuits in Yorkshire to vet networks in Glasgow, we built locally — because pet care is profoundly local work.
Six years in. We're still surprised — and very, very grateful.
It started with one founder, two vets, a borrowed kitchen table and a list of people who needed last-minute help with their pets. Six years later, the spreadsheet has retired — but the way we treat people on it hasn't.
From product to QA — every person behind the platform is a dog (or cat) person first. The office count is 11 people, 17 pets.
