2. User Responsibilities

When booking services or purchasing products through PetsInSync, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your pet. This ensures our professionals can deliver the highest standard of care safely and effectively. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Service Bookings & Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee to compensate our dedicated professionals for their reserved time. In the event of an emergency, please contact our support team directly.

4. Health & Safety

The health and safety of all animals is our highest priority. We require that all pets receiving in-person services — such as grooming or sitting — are up-to-date on standard vaccinations. Our professionals reserve the right to refuse service if they believe a pet poses a health or safety risk to themselves or other animals in their care.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the PetsInSync platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PetsInSync and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PetsInSync acts as a platform connecting pet owners with independent care professionals. While we rigorously vet every professional on our network, PetsInSync shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of services booked through our platform. All professionals carry their own professional insurance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
