3. Service bookings & cancellations
Plans change — we get it. You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. 4. Health & safety
The health and safety of all animals is our highest priority. We require that pets receiving in-person services (such as grooming or sitting) are up to date on standard vaccinations. Our professionals reserve the right to refuse service if they believe a pet poses a health or safety risk to themselves or other animals in their care.

6. Limitation of liability

While we rigorously vet every professional on our network, PetsInSync shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of services booked through our platform. All professionals carry their own professional insurance.
